PR question? - swot of a new clinic
Coca-Cola is a famous brand in the United States since 1970. The company has long since reached the peak of his popularity, as his book was the drink of a higher demand in the world.
But in 1983, Coca-Cola has decided to expand its activities and had established a new window, "New Tail".
Spent millions of dollars to promote the new drink.
But still showed, in a survey 2 months after the introduction of the new product that 80% of respondents do not see how the new non-alcoholic beverages and the prospect that the company should ax the product simply return and sale of Coca-Cola or old Pop.
I have a SWOT analysis of this new product, New Coke can do and that the company could do to prevent the ICCSIS.

Of course the big problem was bigger than it should have the survey with a test group before the release of this product doen.
It makes absolutely no sense that the investigation happened doen and after 80% of respondents did not like, as similar results were obtained and evidence were not durign the test group with him. There is something very wrogn information you gave or what they read.

Upps: The market for the new beverage can is huge, if they are required to familiarize yourself with soft drinks and health drinks
